Favoriser un cadre juridique complet pour faciliter le développement des monnaies complémentaires
Notre groupe de travail dédié s'engage à plaider en faveur de changements au sein du cadre juridique de l'UE pour favoriser l'innovation et faciliter le développement de monnaies complémentaires. Nous reconnaissons la valeur et le potentiel de telles monnaies pour améliorer l'inclusion financière et la diversité. Notre attention portée à des domaines tels que la Directive sur les Services de Paiement (DSP) et les lois anti-blanchiment d'argent (AML) vise à promouvoir un environnement réglementaire permettant la création et l'utilisation de monnaies complémentaires. Nous sommes déterminés à influencer un paysage juridique qui encourage l'innovation financière tout en respectant les normes les plus élevées de sécurité et de conformité.
